One of the phenomenons in this world that best demonstrates how unlike God, and in fact how utterly opposite of God, man truly is, is this: When man says “God is coming”, or “The Lord will strike you down”, when he taunts God saying, “Why doesn’t he do this?”, or “If he existed, he wouldn’t let that happen”, or, “he is not just, or he would do this”, it is in that exact moment that God stills his hand and lets His creation take its own course. And when man says, “He will do nothing”, or “He is not watching”, when he denies His existence and despises His name, or when he says, “peace, peace” or “let us come together” or “God is not needed”, this is the sign, this is the moment, when God will unleash His mighty and awesome hand upon this world…
